What RooMail does with an email, start to finish

Authorise a mailbox and RooMail starts working on new mail as it lands. It works with the inbox your team already uses, so nobody has to move to a new tool. Start with one shared mailbox, add the rest once you like what you see.

Each message is read in the context of its thread, not as a line of text on its own. RooMail works out what is actually being asked and who is asking.

Every email lands in a category you defined, and every category has a rule attached to it. The rules are yours to write in plain words, and you can change them any time without waiting on us. Managed accounts get custom rules written for them.

Replies are written from your website and your documents, so they say what your organisation actually says. They go out from your address, in your signature, in the thread they belong to.

Autosend is off to begin with. You approve drafts, correct the ones that are not right, and turn sending on category by category once a category has earned it.

Everything RooMail did is logged. Who it was from, what category it landed in, what was sent, and who approved it.
